Rep. Jim Jordan, a U.S. Congressman representing Ohio’s 4th district since 2007, recently posted several updates on his social media account highlighting local and national events.
On September 3, 2025, Jordan recognized the service of a World War II veteran from Ohio, stating: "Ohio’s Charlie Rinehart served under General Patton during World War II. He recently celebrated his 100th birthday. God Bless him and The Greatest Generation!" (posted September 3, 2025).

Jordan has been active in public service for decades. Before joining Congress in 2007—succeeding Mike Oxley—he served in the Ohio House of Representatives from 1995 to 2000 and in the Ohio Senate from 2001 to 2006. Born in Troy, Ohio in 1964 and currently residing in Urbana, Jordan holds degrees from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and Capital University.
