City of Lima issued the following announcement on Dec. 2.
This Housing Assessment is in response to an identified desire to better understand and plan for housing needs within the City of Lima. Lima has much to offer its citizens as a central hub of business and culture for the area. In an age of change and new opportunities, a project like this can bring real value to the City by providing guidance to those seeking to improve housing opportunities, strengthen neighborhoods, improve City capacity and reach, better target and leverage resources, and undertake strategic decision making.
