Auglaize County Health Department issued the following announcement on Nov. 14.
The Ohio Department of Health has opened a hotline to issue complaints to regarding COVID-19 compliance.
1-833-4ASKODH (1-833-427-5634)
This new hotline has been introduced as part of the Governor's initiative to battle the surge of COVID-19 cases and new Ohio Department of Health Orders being released.
We ask that if you have any complaints to contact the above number, due to the influx of cases it is difficult for the Auglaize County Health Department to respond to all calls received.
