Lima Police Department issued the following announcement on Oct. 16.
Good Afternoon, Lima! The Lima Police Department is happy to announce an upcoming Trick-or-Treat event. The event is "pandemic-friendly" and all treats provided will be pre-packaged and delivered through the safest means possible. The event will be a drive-thru pickup of candy located at 5 sites across the City of Lima.
The Lima PD IS still currently accepting candy/monetary donations for candy. If you or your business would like to donate to the city-wide event, please contact Sgt. Aaron Rode at aaron.rode@cityhall.lima.oh.us or at 419-231-7350.
