City of St. Marys recently issued the following announcement.
Trick-or-Treat night is scheduled for Thursday, October 29, 2020, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. If residents are uncomfortable participating, there is no need to do so. The decision is up to parents if they want their children to participate and up to residential households if they want to hand out treats. Participants can take basic precautionary measures per COVID-19 guidelines for a safe and enjoyable trick or treat.
