Sunday, Feb. 23: Coldwater High School standout Madison Wendel’s college team loses to Northern Colorado Bears

On Sunday, Feb. 23, former Coldwater High School standout Madison Wendel’s current college team, the Central Michigan Chippewas, lost 5-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Northern Colorado Bears.

The game took place at Dail Softball Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Bears this season.

The Chippewas’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 28 at 10 a.m. at Ulmer Stadium against Northwestern Wildcats.
