Childbirth Education and Unit Tour

This class will help mom and support person better understand the labor process, how to cope with labor pains and various feelings of nervousness or fear.
We will review what to expect during labor and some of the unexpected events that can occur.
We will provide all class supplies free of charge upon arrival. For the tour we will take a walk through the birthing center covering our Labor and Delivery rooms, Postpartum rooms, and Special Care Nursery. (2.5 Hour run time)**Please note all SRMC campus class request alert the same email, you can send requests for multiple classes in one email.**
