This live virtual class can be taken from the comforts of your home via Zoom. This class covers all the essentials of the basic childbirth preparation series including basic anatomy and physiology of labor, labor positions, and what to expect in the hospital and in the immediate postpartum period. This is a two part class that will meet for two evenings; Monday and Wednesday of the same week. Each session allows for question and answer time. You will need to download Zoom on your phone or home computer in order to participate in the virtual classes.
