Delphos Public Library issued the following announcement on Oct. 23.
Allen County is now at Red Level 3 as of October 22, 2020. Residents should take appropriate steps to protect the health of yourself and others. The Library is doing its part and will limit activities and follow current health orders and guidelines to reduce the risk of spreading the coronavirus. Effective at 6:00 p.m. tonight (October 22) the library will move to curbside delivery until the county returns to a orange level. Call the library to set up curbside delivery times. The library will have curbside delivery from 10am-5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 10am to 11:30 a.m. on Saturday.
