Jordan has served in Congress since replacing Mike Oxley in 2007. Before his tenure in the U.S. House, he served in both the Ohio House of Representatives (1995–2000) and Ohio Senate (2001–2006). Born in Troy, Ohio in 1964, Jordan currently resides in Urbana and holds degrees from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and Capital University.
