Rep. Jim Jordan, U.S. Congressman representing Ohio’s 4th district since 2007, highlighted the growth of Bellefontaine, Ohio and praised local businesses in a series of posts on September 17, 2025.
In his first post at 12:45 p.m., Jordan wrote, "Bellefontaine, Ohio is quickly becoming one of the best small towns in America. Local businesses are to thank. Move to Ohio’s 4th District if you want to succeed too!" He included a link to further information about the area.
Later that day at 2:24 p.m., Jordan posted only a link without additional commentary: "https://t.co/KW138Xj1pS".
At 2:54 p.m., he commented on Kash Patel’s leadership at the FBI, stating: "Kash Patel’s FBI: -Delivering the lowest murder rate in modern history -Keeping drugs off our streets -Letting good cops be cops. He’s refocusing the FBI on CRIME not law abiding citizens for their beliefs."
Jordan has represented Ohio's 4th District since replacing Mike Oxley in Congress in 2007. Before his tenure in Congress, he served in both the Ohio House of Representatives and the Ohio Senate. Born in Troy, Ohio in 1964 and currently residing in Urbana, Jordan holds degrees from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and Capital University.
