Rep. Jim Jordan, a U.S. Congressman representing Ohio’s 4th district since 2007, posted several messages on his social media account on September 15 and 16, 2025, addressing local events and national political issues.
On September 15, Jordan commented on a gathering in Dublin, Ohio: "Thousands of people in Dublin, Ohio gathered to honor Charlie Kirk. Amazing. Continue to pray for Charlie’s family."
The following day, he addressed national policy topics in another post: "-Southern border. Closed. -Gas prices. Down. -Crime. Down. All thanks to President Trump's leadership."
Later that same day, Jordan criticized what he described as politically motivated legal actions against former President Trump: "Liberal prosecutors politically targeted President Trump. Not only do they continue to lose in court, but he’s back in the White House. Doing what he told the voters he’d do. And America is better off!"
Jordan has been a member of Congress since replacing Mike Oxley in 2007 and previously served in both the Ohio House of Representatives and the Ohio Senate between 1995 and 2006. He was born in Troy, Ohio in 1964 and currently resides in Urbana. Jordan holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and a Juris Doctor from Capital University.
