Coldwater High School standout Madison Wendel’s college team lost in NCAA Division I softball game on Tuesday, March 11

On Tuesday, March 11, former Coldwater High School standout Madison Wendel’s current college team, the Central Michigan Chippewas, lost 2-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the South Florida Bulls.

The game took place at USF Softball Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Bulls this season.

The Chippewas’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 14 at 1 p.m. at Mary M. Bell Field against Northern Illinois Huskies.
