There were 987 students enrolled in St Henry Consolidated Local Schools in the 2022-23 school year, 1.3% more than the previous year, according to the Ohio Department of Education & Workforce.

Of all the students welcomed in the 2022-23 school year, 53.4% of them were boys, and 46.6% were girls.

Data also shows that most of the students were white, representing 96.6% of the St Henry Consolidated Local Schools total enrollment.

St Henry Consolidated Local Schools roughly covers three schools within Mercer County and has a main office in Saint Henry.

Among the three schools in St Henry Consolidated Local Schools, St. Henry Elementary School recorded the highest enrollment of 442 students in the 2022-23 school year.

In 2022, Ohio saw an average student-to-teacher ratio of approximately 1:15, which is an improvement for the state and is lower than the national average of 1:16.

Despite the apparent improvement, this positive trend is overshadowed by a general decline in public school enrollments, which was accelerated by the pandemic. This decline, aligned with the steady number of teachers in the state over the last 10 years, has led to low student-to-teacher ratios.
