Allen County had a population of 102,808 people in 2020, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Lima Reporter.

Of the 102,808 citizens living in Allen County in 2020, 95.3 percent said they were only one race, while 4.7 percent said they were two or more races, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained in March.
